Middle school is a time of significant change, where students\u2019 social, intellectual, and physical needs evolve, fostering individuality. The Middle school progaramme at SIS addresses these needs with a balanced learning program designed for 21st-century learners.<\/p>

Using inquiry-based and concept-driven approaches, our middle school programme encourages students to explore real-world ideas, making learning meaningful. It aims to nurture lifelong learners who develop knowledge, skills, and a love for learning.<\/p>

The The Middle School division at SIS encompasses Grades 6 through 8, accommodating students aged 11 to 13 years. Our pedagogical approach aligns with the meticulously crafted SIS Middle School Programme Design, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience.<\/p>

Building upon the foundation laid in the Primary Years Programme (PYP), our Middle School curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their high school journey at SIS and beyond. Emphasizing the cultivation of transferable competencies, our curriculum integrates elements from various esteemed standards, including the Common Core Standards (CCS), Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and our institution’s own curriculum requisites.<\/p>
